Job Description
- Develop and execute detailed project plans for TMS implementation, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively manage them to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaboration among cross-functional teams including IT, logistics, procurement, and operations to align project objectives, gather customer requirements on integrations and application functionalities.
- Managing a team of developers and their tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering. (Master’s degree is preferable)
- Must know the programming language JAVA, Database Management, and Server Management
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of transportation, logistics, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Change management expertise for seamless technology adoption
- Occasional travel may be required
