| What the Role is: |
| Head of Growth will be key member of OpenPort’s management team and will drive the company's expansion for new markets and new products in the region |
| Key Responsibilities |
| 1. Driving growth of the company for new products and new markets. |
| 2. Bridge for market needs and company’s focus on disruption in Logistics. |
| 3. Working with Marketing, Sales, and Product team for the execution of Growth Plans. |
| 4. Working with CEO to optimize the revenue funnel. |
| Required Qualifications: |
| 1. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics Operations. |
| 2. MBA with preferably an additional degree in either Statistics or Engineering |
| 3. Excellent presentation skills. |
| 4. An exceptional desire to succeed, as a team player. |
| 5. Highly self-motivated and self-driven with entrepreneurial flare and attention to detail. |
| 6. Fast learner and problem solver who could cope with new challenges in high-growth companies. |
